Achray Farm Baking was set up in 2005. We produce the finest traditional homebaking from our dedicated kitchen on the farm. Everything is made, finished & packaged by us, by hand. Our products are all made from scratch in small batches. We use fresh ingredients (no ready mixes!) and bake through the night for each farmers' market we attend to bring you the freshest bread, scones, puddings and cakes.

Where possible we source ingredients locally and from other small producers. We use flour which is milled in Scotland and as much of our packaging as possible is recycled, recyclable or biodegradable.

All of our products can be ordered ahead for collection at the farmers' markets we attend. We can also supply cakes, puddings & bread for parties & celebrations. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our very best to help.
